Terms of service

Draft for review · Updated October 2, 2026

These terms describe current product behavior. The legal contracting entity, business address, governing law, and jurisdiction-specific terms need confirmation before the terms can be finalized.

These terms govern use of CloudStackly, a campaign planning, content drafting, publishing, tracking, and reporting service. In these terms, “CloudStackly,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service operator. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

Accounts and organization workspaces

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials, assigning appropriate workspace access, and activity conducted through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace members may be able to view shared clients, projects, reports, and billing records according to their role.

What the service does

CloudStackly helps teams organize client profiles, prepare campaign content, connect publishing providers, publish approved material, check public URLs, and produce reports. Availability depends on third-party provider accounts, permissions, limits, and network conditions. A dashboard status describes the checks CloudStackly performed at the displayed time.

You remain responsible for reviewing content, client facts, links, images, maps, and provider destinations before publication. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to each connected platform.

Credits and subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Each plan’s included credits and any usage rule are displayed in the product before purchase. The current product usage rule is one credit for each successfully published and verified article. A credit may be reserved while a provider operation is underway; a failed operation releases that reservation. Credits are not consumed for a draft alone.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and unused credits follow the plan terms displayed at purchase and applicable law. Taxes may be added where required. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may not use CloudStackly to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate a person or business, distribute malicious code, evade platform safeguards, or publish deceptive or harmful content. You retain rights in materials you provide. You authorize CloudStackly to process those materials as needed to provide the service. We retain rights in the software, product interface, and service documentation.

Third-party services and results

Connected platforms have their own terms and may change or suspend access. CloudStackly does not control search engines or guarantee rankings, traffic, publication permanence, or indexing. Reports describe publication and verification records, not guaranteed search outcomes.

Suspension, termination, and liability

We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect accounts, comply with law, address misuse, or respond to provider requirements. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription through available billing controls. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability; Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Contact and changes

We may update these terms and will provide notice for material changes where required. Contact us through the CloudStackly contact form. Rights and protections that cannot be waived under applicable law remain in effect.
